10 Lessons I Learned From 2020

Updated: Jan 17, 2022

These lessons have helped me become who I am.

10 Lessons that I have learned from year 2020 till current day 2021

  1. To be grateful of all the things I have small or big. Focusing more on this made me realize that despite what happened and what is happening, I am still blessed.

  2. To shut up and listen more. A lesson that gave me so much lessons (truly redundant but really powerful).

  3. To take care of the opportunities that God entrusted to me. All of them either add or prune my skills.

  4. To forgive myself and my past. It’s very difficult for me to move toward a bright future if my sight is still locked in my past guilt and mistakes.

  5. To prepare for the future but also knowing that there is no such thing as being prepared. Only God knows what is going to happen in the future.

  6. To live in the present because that's what I only have. All of the things I can control are here in the present.

  7. Don't hold on to everything. To accept with grace and humility the things I can’t control, offer it to God and let God take it.

  8. Find mentors. They are the coaches who taught me about law of attraction, tempering my thoughts, funnels, Facebook ads, website and online work in general. (schedule a call with me if you'd like to know more about mentor-ship)

  9. To keep improving myself. The only competitor I must look is my past self.

  10. Dream big dreams. There will always be naysayers but at the end of the day, it will be all about my happiness and my relationship with God.

To sum it all up 2019 taught me to be excited for the 2020 clear vision ahead of me but 2020 taught me to live in the moment. Seize it and be in it un-apologetically!!! I experienced great gains and terrible losses in this last year (as we all have).

If nothing else I encourage everyone to take BIG chances for the rest of 2021. Stop judging people who don’t live or think like you. Your life is all you have so live it till the last second!

If I had a dollar for every time someone questioned my decisions either openly or secretly in 2020 I’d be in the same financial state I’m in today because I wouldn’t care enough to count it!

That being said my whole mood for 2021 will be unapologetic. I suggest you do the same thing and live outside of your comfort zone. I promise it’s so much more fulfilling out here.
