What if I can't attend live?
No worries! The live session will be recorded, and you’ll receive access to the replay so you can stitch at your own pace.
Are the designs compatible with all embroidery machines?
Yes, our designs are compatible with most embroidery machines on the market. You MUST have an embroidery machine and the software needed to transfer it from your computer to the machine to use this file. However, it's always a good idea to check the compatibility of our designs with your specific machine before purchasing.

The following formats are included in the file you will receive PES, EXP, DST, HUS, JEF, VP3, VIP, XXX.If you need a file format not listed here, please email us right here and I’ll get you taken care of!
What comes in the box?
Each Ship N’ Stitch box includes the essentials needed to complete the project: blank, stabilizer, & notions (if applicable), and an exclusive embroidery design file.
Please note: you may not resell or distribute the design files or digital resources within this box.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this item, there are NO REFUNDS.
Additionally, resizing or editing of the designs is not recommended and I can not guarantee the quality of the designs if you alter them in any way.
However, if you do have an issue with your order please reach out to us as we always want to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.
