Stitch It
Day 1: Monday, May 18

Stitch It

We stitch out a highly sought-after, strategically positioned project together, live. I walk you through every step, whether you're a beginner or advanced. You finish Day 1 with a polished project in your hands and a bag tag to go with it.

2
List It
Day 2: Wednesday, May 20

List It

I walk you through how to photograph your project on your phone, write a description that actually sells, price it with a real formula, and get it set up on the platform that's right for you (Etsy, Shopify, local, or social).

Sell It
Day 2: Wednesday, May 20

Sell It

We cover reach-out strategy for local businesses, how to handle your first order, packaging, shipping, and fulfillment. You leave with a plan, not just a project.

Hey, I'm Alexis!

Brother Certified Educator, machine embroidery teacher, and the person who is going to help you finally do something with those skills.

I left a healthcare career to teach machine embroidery full time and I haven't looked back once. In 2019 I opened Sew Sweet Academy because I believed learning embroidery shouldn't feel like rocket science. Mistakes are part of the process, and this is always a no judgment zone.

I created Stitched to Sell because I kept watching talented stitchers stay stuck. Not because they couldn't do it, but because nobody had walked them through the first steps to start selling. That's exactly what this workshop is.

It doesn't have to be perfect, but it has to be PRETTY.

Behind The Stitch Strategy

I didn't just pick something cute. Every detail of this project was chosen because it's positioned to sell from the moment we finish it.

Why the tote bag?

Why the tote bag?

  • High demand product, people are actively buying these
  • Profit margin is real (sell price $35 to $45, cost $8 to $11)
  • Local businesses love branded totes
  • Perfect timing with summer coming up
  • No competing on price like you do with t-shirts
Why the coffee shop logo?

Why the coffee shop logo?

  • Coffee shops love selling local branded merch
  • Any logo can replace it for an instant repeatable product

Beginner
“Just starting out”
Beginner

Yes, absolutely! On Day 1 I walk you through the entire project step by step, from setup to finish. You don't need experience, just a machine and the willingness to learn. If you've never turned your machine on, I'd suggest starting with Sew Sweet Academy first, then coming back for this. You'll get so much more out of it.

Intermediate
“I’ve stitched a bit”
Intermediate

This is your sweet spot. You know how to use your machine but you've never sold anything. Stitched to Sell gives you the technique refinement to level up your stitch quality AND the exact steps to start selling what you make. This is exactly what you've been waiting for.

Advanced
“I’m mastering my craft”
Advanced

You've got the skills. Now let's get you set up. Even advanced stitchers get stuck on the selling side (pricing, photography, platforms, local outreach). Day 2 is going to unlock a whole new side of what your machine can do for you.

Hobby Stitcher
“I stitch because I love it”
Hobby Stitcher

You stitch because you love it and that's beautiful. But what if your hobby could also pay for itself? You don't have to turn it into a full business. Stitched to Sell shows you how to take your first steps, sell a few things, and see what's possible. No pressure. Just possibility.

A Closer Look At The Project

Every detail was chosen on purpose.

We're stitching a tote bag with a vintage-style coffee shop logo and it comes with a matching bag tag embroidery file. This isn't just a cute project. It's a highly sought-after product that's primed to sell the moment you finish it, strategically designed to teach you skills and placement you'll use on every project after this one.

I've Got Answers.

Nope! Stitched to Sell works with single and multi-needle machines. If you can embroider, you're good to go.
Yes! On Day 1 I walk you through the entire project step by step, no matter your experience level. If you've truly never turned your machine on, I'd suggest starting with Sew Sweet Academy first, then coming back for this.
No problem! You'll have 30-day replay access to both sessions. I always recommend showing up live if you can, but the replay has everything you need.
You'll walk away with everything you need to list. Your finished project, pricing done, product description written, photos taken, and shipping figured out. All you have to do is hit publish.
All of them! Etsy, Shopify, local markets, social media, and local business outreach, with pros and cons for each so you can choose your path.
An optional $30 add-on (only 25 available!) that ships everything you need to stitch along on Day 1 right to your door. If you already have supplies, skip it. I'll share the full materials list so you can gather what you have.
The design file isn't available separately right now, but it might be after the workshop! Join the waitlist here to be the first to know.
Due to the digital nature of this event and the bonuses delivered at purchase, all sales are final. Have questions before buying? DM me. I'm happy to help you figure out if this is the right fit.
